Since 1982, our patients have enjoyed the welcome benefits of dental insurance. Insurance is a particularly valuable asset to those seeking affordable, quality dental care and reliable personal service. Our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. Dental care can get expensive, so we want to help patients maximize their insurance benefits and obtain financing, if needed. Because of this we accept all dental insurance plans. Come to our office for a FREE insurance benefits review where we can estimate for you how much you can expect your insurance to cover.

Bring in a copy of your medical insurance. Some dental procedures are covered benefits of some medical insurance. If we feel you might benefit from additional coverage by submitting through your medical insurance, we will submit this for you.

In addition, we will process all insurance claims for you! Unlike other dentistry practices, we have staff dedicated to maximizing your insurance benefits and processing all of your claims. We deal with insurance companies so you don't have to.

At my last dentist, my insurance didn't pay for some treatment, will that happen here?

Each dental plan is unique and covers different services according to the levels created by your employer and your insurance company. We work really hard to understand your insurance in order to explain it to you and to get you the maximum amount of benefits. In cases where insurance does not cover a procedure or if you will have out-of-pocket expenses we work with you to get financial arrangements made so you can experience the high quality, professional service and results you deserve. If you have specific concerns about your plan and your coverage, we recommend that you contact your insurance carrier or your employer. If you request, we can submit a pre-estimate to your insurance provider prior to scheduling your dental treatment to better determine their coverage of your treatment.

What payment methods do you accept, and what are your financing options?

For your convenience, we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also offer third-party financing through the provider called CareCredit. You can apply online or we can help you fill out and submit your application in our office. We also offer limited in-house financing. We will talk through your financial options at your consult to create the best financial plan for you.

Do you accept HMO's or Medicaid?

We do not participate in Health Management Organizations plans or Medicaid.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer a 5% discount for patients who choose to pre-pay their treatment in full. Please see one of our office members for details.
